The winemaking is minimalist using granite mills with mechanical steps. After malolactic, the wine was transferred to oak barrels where it aged about twelve months.

The colour is a bit more loaded than the typical Tinto Cão The scent is gorgeous, even something fancy, nothing normal with intense notes of bergamot in wines of this variety. In the mouth it has powerful tannins typical of the variety and a surprising harmony, making the wine seductive even without the presence of noticeable wood notes.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It is a very gastronomic wine that perfectly accompany main dishes of codfish or red meat.
