Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Alfrocheiro,Jaen
Tasting Notes:
Ruby ink colour. A very intense aroma, with notes of red and violet fruits, complexed by pleasant nuances of vanilla, mocha, chocolate and coffee from the stage in oak barrels. It has a soft attack, is structured, full bodied, the tannins are round, is fresh and has a good gustatory persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 17ºC-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal for accompanying roasted or grilled meats, cheeses, among many other delicacies of intense flavours and textures.
