Manual harvest. Smooth crushing with total destemming, for a small granite tank with a maximum temperature of 23ºC. After fermentation was transferred to 225L F rench oak barrels, where malolactic fermentation ended and remained for 12 months, before bottling. Ageing for 12 months in french oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Deep ruby color. Intense aroma, with wild notes, dark fruit, resin and black pepper. In the mouth it has great complexity, with mature tannins very present and a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be stored in a dry and cool place. Serve between 15ºC-17ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent match for meat and smoked pork, game and poultry, pasta and cheeses.
