Jaen comes from the vineyards of Seia. It was fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the rich aromas and fruit flavors of this generous variety. Aged for 12 months in used 225L oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Jaen is a wine with a more robust posture, a very marked aroma of ripe fruit, with notes of cherry, an intense color and with balanced, round tannins and a very good persistence in the finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with game, red meat and cheese.
