Hand-harvested in 20kg boxes. Pre-fermentation maceration, followed by spontaneous fermentation with a percentage of stems in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Post-fermentation maceration for at least 15 days. Aging: 18 months in 500-liter French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Vivid ruby colour. Rich aroma, spicy and berry notes, and balsamic nuances. On the palate, it is elegant and delicate, displaying a silky texture and solid structure, with polished and sophisticated tannins. A refined and long finish, indicating exceptional aging potential.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally. Serve at 16/18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with red meat dishes, duck and game birds, as well as soft and semi-cured cheeses.
