The whole bunches of Rufete are selected and placed in a small wine press and lightly crushed and trodden. The most important part of this winemaking process is the pre-fermentation maceration period without much “work” and the beginning of the alcoholic fermentation, where extraction is very long but not very intense.

Fresh red, very expressive in aroma dominated by a different profile from the traditional rufete, delicate in colour. An intense and fresh mouthfeel.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 14ºC to 16ºC.

It goes well with cheese, meat and most Mediterranean dishes.
