Balanced, soft, elegant and fine, it stands out in the mouth for the quality and assertiveness of the fruit. Notes of pomegranates and some wild fruit, with fresh depth, sensations of damp earth, aromas of winemaking and some soft and tasty tannins. Only 700 bottles of a world-class red wine from the Douro.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
