Product details
After several dry winters, the 2006/2007 winter was very useful in replenishing water reserves. In 2007, the first Pisca harvest began on September 20th at the historic Vale de Mendiz winery. All vinification was carried out in granite mills with 100% stems. During fermentation, the musts presented very dark colors with shades of purple and excellent balance and acidity.
