Winemaking:
The traditional winemaking process of fermentation allows us to obtain excellent Vintage ports. The harvest itself was a magnificent one with which to start. Good sugars of maturation and deep colours in the grapes were the raw material that Port winemakers see only a few times per decade.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca,Sousão
Tasting Notes:
Deep purple colour. Aroma of black plum fruits, such as rock rose, blackberry. The palate is sweet velvet, firm tannins ripe and very round, full of elegance and long finish and persistent.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store horizontally at a ± 15º C, constant temperature. Best served at 15 - 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
It can be appreciated as an aperitif or on any other occasion. Ideal accompaniment to nuts, cheeses or deserts.
