Produced from the Baga and Chardonnay grape varieties. The Chardonnay variety contributes with its aromatic complexity and the Baga with the structure and persistence of a blanc de noir. Pre-bottling ageing and 39 months sur lies have harmonised this blend which, above all, aims to be a benchmark not only in DOC Bairrada sparkling wines, but at national level.

Tasting Notes:
Pale yellow colour. It shows very delicate and elegant white fruit, with hints of soft buttery nuances and toast from the long ageing. The bubble is very fine, breaking up in the mouth, full-bodied, with a perfect acid balance and a broad, refined, classy result.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serving Temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Enjoyed on its own, as the exquisite sparkling wine it is, it goes very well with delicate delicacies such as oysters, smoked salmon or oven-roasted fish.
