Produced using the Champenoise method, with native white varieties from Maria Gomes and a small portion of Sercialinho.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus color. Fruity, tropical aroma, with citrus nuances, notes of toasted bread and a present acidity. Elegant, aromatic and with fine, persistent bubbles. Aroma of ripe white fruits, with fantastic acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 8ºC and 10ºC.
