Sparkling wines differ from still wines as they undergo a second fermentation which produces carbon dioxide, giving the much-desired effervescence. This second fermentation can take place in pressurised stainless steel tanks (charmat method) or in the bottle itself (champenoise or traditional/classic method).

Produced with grapes of the Baga variety harvested from the vineyards of Adega Original, this wine features and a ripe wild berry flavour with a smooth toasty touch. Creamy and well-balanced. Fine, smooth bubbles. A long and highly complex finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle horizontally in a cold and dark place with constant temperature. Ready to drink now, but will develop well in bottle for 5 to 7 years. Serve at 6°C.
Food Pairing:
Light bodied and complex, this wine is ideal for pairing with strong aged cheeses and intensely flavoured meat and fish dishes.
