Total destemming, smooth pressing, natural static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at 18ºC. Sparkling wine by the classic method. Only 30% of the flower must was used. Minimum of 30 months of cave in sur lies and 3 months after disgorgement.

Tasting Notes:
Salmon colour with hued nuances with a very fine and persistent bubble. Intense and complex aroma. Reveals tertiary notes resulting from the stage in fine lees, Sur lies. In the mouth it is distinctive fruity, elegant crisp, fresh and intense.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 6-8ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent companion when served at dessert with pies, ice cream or fruit.
