This is a white sparkling wine made from the red variety - Baga. Salmon color and fine, persistent bubble. On the nose it is delicate and very expressive. It has notes of wild fruits such as cherry and currants, floral nuances and fresh herbs, and a touch of brioche and hazelnut, which make it more serious. In the mouth it has a great balance of acidity and bitterness. It is structured in an elegant, light, delicate and shiny profile. Finishes long, with excellent acidity and persistence.

Product details

Winemaking:
Vinified using the cuvée method, fermentation took place in bottles with free yeast, and aged on fine lees, in the Quinta de Baixo cellar, for 5 years. The Dégorgement was carried out in December 2023.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.

It goes very well with dishes with fat (Suckling Pig, Lamb roasted in a wood oven, Cod).
