Product details
The wine was fermented in stainless steel vats to maintain its purity and quality. It was then aged using two different methods. Part of the wine was aged in small 250-litre oak barrels, which gave the wine a unique character and depth. Meanwhile, another part was aged in larger chestnut barrels, contributing to the complexity and richness of the wine. The result is a well-balanced wine with a unique profile.

Tasting Notes:
Intense brick colour. Complex nose of chestnuts, spices, grapes, plums and dried figs. The wine's full-bodied character is revealed on the palate, with marked tannins that contribute to its elegant quality. On the finish, the wine softens, with dried fruits such as figs and plums. There are still some fresh notes from the harvest that can still be detected, while the wine slowly transitions to drier, nuttier notes as it evolves.
