Product details
The grapes were harvested by hand to 20 kg boxes. The stalk was full and fermentation conducted by indigenous yeasts, held for 10 days in vat. The pressing in a vertical press was followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged about 18 months in used barrels of 225 L of French and American oak and another 18 in the bottle. Suffered a slight filtration and so there may be some deposit with age.
