Tasting Notes:
Light colour of medium concentration with some hints of red colour. Vinous and elegant aroma, matching notes of red fruits and spices with resinous and vegetal notes. With great balance, it is elegant with a very long finish and authentic according to its tradition.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with strong dishes like lamprey or roasted lamb and codfish.
