Product details
Grapes partially destemmed and fermented slowly in a wine press. Aged for 24 months in 500 litre and 228 litre French oak barrels (50% new). Bottling in September and bottle ageing since then.

Tasting Notes:
Translucent ruby colour with garnet highlights. Nose of forest and red cherry, backed by pine resin. The tannin is lordly but with a finesse that impresses. The acidity runs through the sap, the finish is projected for long minutes and the prospect of evolution is very long.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16 a 18°C.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with buttered Goat and Sheep Cheeses, traditional sausages (raw, boiled, or roasted), red meats.
