Aging for 14 months in French oak barrels.

In the mouth it shows an excellent balance between the sweet fruit drops, the fresh and lively acidity and the light spicy bitterness, fine and well polished tannins. Very well designed set, with a long and harmonious finish that promises to evolve well in the bottle over the next few years.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18°C.

Food Pairing:
This wine goes perfectly with red meat, roast beef and grilled meats.

Contains sulphites.
