Tasting Notes:
Lots of fruit up front, clean and with beautiful depth, light barrel, all denoting great care and resourcefulness. Mouthfeel with delivery, lots of tannin, young and energetic profile, chocolate, finishes dry, with a very gastronomic profile.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
