Wine produced with grapes from Quinta do Cercal, located at the top of a steep slope in the Rio Torto Valley, in the municipality of São João da Pesqueira. The farm has a total area of 25 hectares, of which 23 are occupied by vineyards. The soil is schist with a lot of stone.

Tasting Notes:
Its deep ruby color anticipates an exuberant and delicate aroma. In the mouth it is fruity, full-bodied and elegant, with a long and pleasant finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 15 and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with red and oven-baked meats and soft cheeses.
