Product details

Winemaking:
The bunches that were not in perfect condition were eliminated and then the grapes suffered total destemming, soft crushing and heat shock followed by a pre-fermentative cold maceration period in the press for about 12 to 24 hours, after which the masses were transferred for large and low fermentation vats, maceration for 8 days at 22ºC. Staging 8 months in French and American oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with meat, cheeses and Mediterranean dishes.

Contains sulphites.
