Manual harvest. Fermentation of grapes in a wine press with foot treading. Dehydration of skins, subsequently macerated in wine spirit. Post-fermentation maceration of the dough together with wine spirit. Pressing and subsequent aging in old wooden casks. The various wines were aged in wooden casks of various volumes until the blend was formed, for at least 73 years. After its formation, it took 22 years until bottling.

Tasting Notes:
Deep brown color with greenish hints. Very complex from a variety of fruits such as walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts, figs and candied orange. Rich, very velvety, showing perfect acidity. Endless ending.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Perfect at the end of a meal with intensely flavored cheeses, with desserts (great combinations with chocolate and bitter orange), with coffee, and after coffee.
