We are presented with a wine-based beverage where fruity aromas of cherry, raspberry, and strawberry predominate, as well as citrus notes such as lemon, lime, and orange. We complemented this with a very mild and delicate spice note imparted by cinnamon. The presence of natural citrus juices balances the natural sweetness of this slightly sparkling drink.
