Intense golden, brown rim with a touch of green colour. A refined, complex and intense nose, hinting at countless aromas, from candied fruits (orange peel) and spices (cinnamon) to dried fruits (raisins, figs and walnuts) and balsamic aromas Unctuous in the mouth with a refreshing acidity, ends with a very long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
As an aperitif serve at a temperature of 10ºC; As a dessert wine serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Quinces baked in the oven, traditional bowls orange, or on is own.
