Harvest took place in September. The grapes were transported in 22Kg boxes up to the wine lodge. They were kept in cold storage for 12h and then they were gravity-driven to the “lagar”, where it completed the fermentation. The wine was placed in 225L casks, where the malolactic fermentation occurred. Aging was done in the same casks for 12 months. The wine was bottled in June.

Tasting Notes:
Garnet colour, exuberant nose with floral notes, gum-rockrose as well as cinnamon. A wine that is full, elegant, with a hint of spices on the palate and that ends with a lot of persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature between 16/18ºC. Keep the bottles laid down when it’s possible and in a room with controlled temperature.
Food Pairing:
Great to accompany dishes with intense flavour, especially meat.
