Manual harvest, total destemming and manual sorting of bunches and later “bag by bago” by an optical sorting machine. Fermentation was carried out in a mill, with pre-fermentation maceration and temperature control.

Tasting Notes:
Opaque, heavy ruby colour, typical of Sousão wines. Intense aroma of wild and ripe red fruits, especially blueberry and cherry. In the mouth captivates for its lively acidity, with soft but structured tannins. A Douro with a surprising, balanced and extremely fresh profile.
Store and Serve Advices:
Best served between 14ºC-16ºC.
Food Pairing:
A wine of high gastronomic aptitude, mainly due to its freshness. It accompanies strong dishes of traditional Portuguese cuisine, such as lamprey, cabidela, sarrabulho and roasted sardines.
