Manual harvest in 20kg boxes. In the cellar there is a careful selection of grapes. After total stemming, gentle crushing followed by a period of cold pre-fermentative maceration in a wine press for around 24 hours, then the masses were transferred to fermentation vats. Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Very fresh and intense on the nose with notes of wild black fruits and black cherries, the aroma acquires complexity due to the notes of wood. In the mouth it is concentrated, with firm tannins and smooth texture, persistent finish, revealing its essence in a unique mix of rusticity and elegance.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16º C.
