With the purpose of revealing all the potential that the old vineyards of Quinta da Soalheira offer, this unoaked wine was produced without stage in barrel, leaving to stand out the intense and fresh aromas of the grape. Total destemming of the grapes followed by gentle crushing. Brief pre-fermentative maceration followed by fermentation in tanning 6-8 days at a controlled temperature at 28 ° C with relatively frequent overruns. After the alcoholic fermentation is made the separation of the wine from the masses with which it fermented.

Tasting Notes:
Dense ruby colour. It has a very intense and fresh aroma, with notes of black and red fruit, like plum and strawberry, surrounded by eucalyptus nuances. In the mouth is a wine that excels by the excellent balance between its full-bodied structure, velvety tannins and acidity, acquiring a unique elegance and a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended serving at a temperature of 16 to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent to go with meat dishes, game and cheese.
