Winemaking:
Vallado Porto Tawny 80 Years is the result of a blend of 4 Port wines, the youngest of which is approximately 50 years old and the oldest is from 1888. This Port wine aged in barrels of approximately 600 liters, until the date of its bottling.

The aroma is highly complex and rich, with nuances of wood, dried tobacco leaves, coffee beans, dried fruits, cloves, exotic woods, and some iodine so characteristic of aged Port wines. Tasting this wine is a memorable experience and reminds us that it was worth the wait, and that time has transformed this wine into something even more special. In the mouth, it is a wine with a very fresh attack, with enormous complexity and volume in the mouth, complemented by an acidity that balances the whole thing, making it very harmonious. Store and Serve Advices:
Serve slightly chilled at a temperature between 10º and 14ºC. The bottle should be kept upright, protected from light and heat.

Food Pairing:
Sweet desserts, cakes, milk chocolates, nuts, dried fruits, crème brûlée, Roquefort and as a digestive, are some of the perfect “friends” of this Port.
