Product details

This process takes place in vats at a controlled temperature between 28-30ºC, until reaching the desired Baume. At this phase grape brandy is added (benefit), originating a fortified wine. A wine of an exceptional quality, obtained by the batches of several harvests, in order to acquire a complementarity of organoleptic characteristics typical of this style aged tawny. Tasting Notes:
This oak-softened wine is a real treat. Its mid-palate is elegant and the wine has all of the caramelized fruits, and nutty nuances you would expect in a top-quality 40-year tawny. Very mild tannins arrive with some air, and they provide a little grip on the finish. The wine is well balanced and very refined.
