It has a dense, dark and very fruity profile, with an underlying essence, and an opulent palate that immediately transports us to the expression of Alicante Bouschet. In the mouth, it enters and invades every nook and cranny without ceremony. Powerful, velvety, with full tannins, this is a wine with verve and enormous charisma.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Food Pairing:
Enjoy with roasted, slightly caramelized red meat or game with black fruit jelly. Match also with a powerful Portuguese cheese from “Azeitão” or a traditional “Roquefort”.
