Very full-bodied, rich in texture and well balanced, containing aromas of ripe fruit, such as red wines. It is a wine with good acidity, a palatable and very pleasant structure, with a very long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Its balanced acidity and soft tannins also make it a perfect match for grilled meat dishes, lamb, entrecôte, game dishes and medium-aged cheeses.
