Winemaking:
Manual harvest in 15 kg boxes. Manual selection on a sorting mat. After destemming and crushing, vinification in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature, with maceration appropriate to the characteristics of each variety.

Tinta Amarela,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional
