Total destemming. Discharge in vat-winery for fermentation with controlled temperature between 26ºC and 28ºC. Pressing and malolactic fermentation in barrel.

Tasting Notes:
Ripe aroma of wild berries, with cherries, plums and spices. Considerable flavour, full of fresh fruit and fine tannins that are present and give a longer aftertaste.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store it horizontally, preferably in the dark. Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with traditional Portuguese dishes, cheeses, roasts or game dishes.
