Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Franca,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes:
Full of attractive fruit with a floral tone and a little vegetable that confers vibration. Light and juicy, with tannins that give it strength and a lot of flavour.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be consumed at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
The wine is ready to follow a good set of grilled red meat.
