Grape Varieties:
Malbec

Tasting Notes:
Intense red in colour. Nose full of blackberries, dates, black cherry, mint. Very young and elegant. Austere, persistent tannins and complex. Medium / Long aftertaste.

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be kept with the bottle in horizontal position at a temperature of 12 º C.. The expected longevity is about 15 years after bottling. It should be served at a temperature of 14 º C.

Food Pairing:
Very good with game dishes and soft cheeses.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
