Winemaking:
It was produced from Syrah, Castelão and Aragonez grape varieties, from vineyards on sandy soils in this same region. The grape varieties are harvested separately, using traditional vinification, with short macerations and controlled temperature fermentations, to allow the retention of fruity aromas, aiming for a modern style, full of fruit, very pleasant to consume young.
