Product details
Manual harvest into small boxes. Reception with destemming and immediate crushing. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with tanning at a controlled temperature of around 22oC. Prolonged maceration and malolactic fermentation in oak wood. For this batch, grapes were selected from a small plot of old vines on the Quinta, followed by French and American oak barrels, where it aged for 14 months, with final refinement in the bottle over a period of 7 months.

Baga,Bastardo,Tinta Carvalha,Tinta Amarela
Tasting Notes:
Intense wine, with a lot of freshness, of great aromatic complexity, good volume in the mouth and a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
A great wine to drink now but with great aging potential for lovers of aged wines. Very gastronomic, excellent to accompany more intense dishes.
