Tasting Notes:
Clear appearance, ruby red colour, violet and bergamot aroma, notes of sweet spice, structured and concentrated but very fresh flavour with ripe and round tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16º to 18ºC.

All meat, game dishes, cheeses.
