Tasting Notes:
Ruby red colour, bergamot violet aroma, spice notes, structured and concentrated flavour but very fresh with ripe and round tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with fish and codfish courses, as well as cheeses.
