Maceration in old granite vats with foot treading for good extraction. Fermentation in granite vats for 7 days. Spontaneous malolactic. Aging in used French oak barrels for 18 months and 6 months in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Mainly Touriga Nacional. Powerful nose, red fruits, undergrowth and violets. And blueberries. Dark tunic, red-black. On the palate it is also strong and very fruity. The fruitiness lingers well into the finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.
