Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.
Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Touriga Franca
Tasting Notes:
Quite intense, violet color. The aroma is dominated by notes of vanilla and coconut, followed by the fruity elegance of Tourigas. Round and polished, juicy, still very young, ready to mature in the bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16ºC and 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal to accompany complex and refined dishes, such as roast kid and red meats, Vidago Villa Grande Reserva Tinto also goes well with cured cheeses where its structure and firm tannins find balance.
