Product details

Winemaking:
After destemmed, the grapes go through a cold maceration for 2 days in granit “lagar”, before entering alcoholic fermentation with a long and gentle maceration with delestage, in order to extract the maximum potential from these magnificent grape varieties. The fermentation ends in French oak barrels where the wine does also the 12 month ageing.

Tinta Amarela,Bastardo,Tinta Roriz,Touriga Franca
