Tasting Notes:
Immense aroma and flavor, deep, rich, complex, with lots of rockrose, wild herbs, berries, damp earth, mushrooms, moss, pine. Full and polished, super harmonious, it expresses the best of the region where it was born.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 14ºC and 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It goes perfectly with red meat dishes and grilled white meat.
