Wine composed of a batch of 3 different vintages, 2019, 2020 and 2021. Manual harvest. Soft pressing of whole grapes. Static cold clarification for 48 hours. Fermentation begins in stainless steel and ends in 500 L French oak "Seguin Moreau" barrels with bâtonnage.

Tasting Notes:
Bright, citrine yellow color. Complex and balanced aroma. Vegetable and citrus fruit notes with light minerality. In the mouth it is intense, round and soft with good acidity giving freshness, several layers, elegant. Long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from light and temperature variations. Serve at a temperature between 10°C and 12°C.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with red meat dishes, roasts and cod.
