Pink colour. Very fruity wine. In the mouth it is a lightly sweetened and aerated wine, making it alive and fresh.

Serve at 10-12ºC.

To be dished up with roasted fish in the oven, cod-fish, shellfish, sushi and also soft sheep cheese.
