Product details

Winemaking:
Made exclusively from the Castelão grape variety from Quinta de Catralvos and from a plot with clay soil. The grapes are harvested early in order to preserve all their freshness and guarantee a light colour. The grapes went straight to the press and this wine is the result of the must that flows without pressing - Lágrima. Fermented in stainless steel at a temperature of 14ºC for 3 weeks, followed by ageing on the fine lees for 6 months.
