Bright light pink color. Floral aroma, with notes of violet and light vegetal nuances, some minerality present. On the palate, vibrant and fresh acidity, mineral notes and light vegetal notes, denoting characteristics of Atlantic Terroir.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal as an appetizer or with salads, Asian food or grilled fish.
