Manual harvest, with fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats with temperature control (14ºC).

This rosé has a salmon colour, a discreet floral aroma, red fruits reminiscent of strawberry and minerality. Delicate style, with a good texture and a very elegant freshness and acidity.

Store and Serve Advices:
Keep the bottle in horizontal position away from direct light. Perfect serve between 10/12ºC.
